Our comprehensive offerings include training, consultancy, and on-the-day delivery, catering to organisations in the events industry, schools, local authorities, sports clubs, NGO industries, youth organisations and mass participation events.

ABOUT X2CONSULT
Owner, Founder and Safeguarding Consultant Thomas Stead, encourages schools, businesses, youth training centres and sports facilities to participate in understanding their statutory duty towards keeping children, vulnerable adults and colleague’s safe.
X2CONSULT (read as “Time to Consult”) was formed by Thomas during 2022. Thomas has and continues to work within the private education sector as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, PREVENT Lead and Educator. Outside of his education career Thomas has been devoting his time to developing individuals and organisations in the importance of child protection and safeguarding.
Thomas has and continues to utilise his experience to highlight the importance of risk and challenges facing those in safeguarding. Having 14 years teaching and safeguarding experience throughout a number of roles throughout his career, Thomas has extensive experience working alongside public and private education settings, child social services, law enforcement, local authorities, military youth services, counter terrorism directorates' and multi-agency hubs.
Thomas also has a wealth of experience overseeing the safeguarding at large sporting and youth events, working collaborating with operational managers', security teams' and health and safety advisors'.

Our consultants join us from a wide array of safeguarding and child protection backgrounds. Each consultant has been specifically vetted on their individual experience and qualifications. All of our consultants have full time jobs working in all areas of safeguarding from members of the Air Ambulance to Safeguarding Directors and Managers for some of the UK's Largest sporting bodies.
